Red Roof Inn & Suites Biloxi - Ocean Springs

Thank you to the Red Roof Staff especially Cash an Roger for making my stay a wonderful experience! This hotel goes above an beyond my expectations. The service is on point with clean rooms an a relaxing environment. I would say 10/10 for Red Roof Ocean Springs keep it up. Without a thought I would tell you stop in an stay the night!. It's won't disappoint! Thank you again to the staff who make it home!

Great overnight stay with 2 dogs. Mattress cover was stained, but sheets were good. Quiet place between 2 other hotels. Lots of grass to walk dogs. Uhaul truck was still there the next morning, so that's good.

What makes this hotel great is the manager. The accomodations are fair but she is very nice and gets you into the room quickly. Hopefully the customers are nice in return.

I really love staying at this hotel. I stay here often and every time.i have a great experience...the manager cashmera is always very kind and very attentive....the rooms are always nice and CLEAN when.i say red roof does cleanliness better than most ive seen i mean just that....every stay every time my room and bathroom is spotless....my other favorite thing about the roof is the beds...they are so freaking comfortable....I often plan to stay for just one night but always end up adding another night just for the comfy beds and ducked off nature of their location....if I had to say anything i.dont like it would be the $30 fee for checking in early...but I think thats pretty much the standard for.every hotel...I would recommend staying here 100 times out of 100 times the cost is amazing...and what you get for the cost is always a friendly accommodating staff and beautiful room with a super comfy bed!!! Its one of my favorite places to stay whenever I need a Little home away from home sneak away !! Thank you Cashmera for always being awesome...everytime I stay with you all......the level of service i receive is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back!! Your so sweet and always very attentive to my needs!!

Service was great, independently owned but room is in great shape and clean , cold ac and was able to upgrade to a bigger room with full desk , vanity, and Jacuzzi. Sweet people at Service desk!, if your looking for crown plaza this isn’t the place but it’s perfect for a last minute booking for cruising the coast!

I stay here often. One of my choice hotels when staying in the area. However while staying someone became irate and was asked to leave but then came back and beat on my door screaming threats. Doesn’t seem the staff on site did anything or stopped him. He kept sending text n stuff so finally I had to formally ask him to leave and not to contact me.

The owner Miss cashmere is a very nice lady understanding sometimes we get in a hard situation paying because times get hard and she works it all out with me i her staff is absolutely wonderful so you should come check her out thank you have a blessed day..
